Awaken’s insured guaranteed savings guarantees both the energy and maintenance cost savings projected from ‘green’ energy projects, insured by a global underwriter.
Guarantee Your Cash Flow.
Awaken’s Insured Guaranteed Savings ensures the actual energy and maintenance cost savings will be as projected, thereby assuring the cash flow to fund the ‘Green’ energy project. The savings are reviewed on an annual basis, with reimbursements subject to a 10% deductible.
Projected Savings You Can Count On.
Awaken prepares a detailed, investment grade Savings and Benefits Analysis, based on the specified ‘Green’ products, and the various rates, usages and costs that the customer agrees with – to calculate the projected energy and maintenance cost savings.
Guaranteed Energy and Maintenance Cost Savings.
Awaken’s Guaranteed Savings covers all repair and replacement costs if not completely reimbursed by the Insured Product Warranty, and all unrealized energy savings due to ‘Green’ products consuming more power than specified.
Warranty Repairs Included.
During the entire term of the EiaaS Agreement, your Dealer will provide all warranty related work immediately, within the time frame preset in the EiaaS Agreement, at no additional cost for parts and labor. This removes all the inconvenience and lost time typical to repairs and replacements.
Free Up Your Maintenance Team.
All post installation repairs and factory mandated maintenance are included, freeing your maintenance team from the time they would otherwise devote to this work. Your management will be kept aware of all work performed.
