24/7 Concierge Service

Every EIAAS agreement includes 24/7 concierge service for any repair or replacement incident related to the green energy project, for worry-free operation and hassle-free service.

24/7 Availability.

During the entire term of the Service Agreement, your Dealer will be available, 24/7 for any and all repair and service required for the “Green Energy” Project. All responsibility for any and all such service is entirely covered by the EiaaS Agreement, which will be performed within a preset period of time.

Additional Service.

Service will also be available 24/7 for other than warranty repairs at an hourly rate for labor and equipment rental (if any) preset in the EiaaS Agreement. This removes the risk of high service rates typical with emergency repairs.

Warranty Repairs Included.

During the entire term of the EiaaS Agreement, your Dealer will provide all warranty related work immediately, within the time frame preset in the EiaaS Agreement, at no additional cost for parts and labor. This removes all the inconvenience and lost time typical to repairs and replacements.

Free Up Your Maintenance Team.

All post installation repairs and factory mandated maintenance are included, freeing your maintenance team from the time they would otherwise devote to this work. Your management will be kept aware of all work performed.
